Our local Mountains Community Hospital provides health initiatives aimed at increasing access to medical care. Their services include: Emergency Care, Inpatient Acute Care & Swing Bed, Surgical Services, Skilled Nursing Facility, Diagnostic Testing & Examination, Rural Health Clinics, Rehabilitation Services, and a Helipad for emergency transport down-the-hill for specialized emergency treatment.

Rim of the World USD is dedicated to ensuring each student achieves academic and individual excellence. Their educational programs focus on enhancing learning opportunities through mentorship, and after-school initiatives designed to foster student engagement and academic success.
